Designed for apartment blocks, sheltered housing, communal areas and commercial buildings, our glazed communal doorsets combine fire performance, security and durability with a range of approved hardware and finish options.
GLAZING INFORMATION
All glazing is supplied using certified fire-rated glazing systems appropriate to the tested FD30 specification.

• This product is supplied as an FD30 glazed communal doorset.
• FD60 communal doorsets, side panels, overpanels and bespoke communal entrance arrangements are available on request.
• Unless otherwise stated, all ironmongery is supplied in satin stainless steel / chrome effect finish.
• Double leaf communal doorsets are supplied with an active and passive leaf arrangement as standard.
• Unequal leaf configurations are available upon request.
• Rebated meeting stiles are not available on this product.
FRAME INFORMATION
The standard doorset frame is manufactured from timber using a 45mm x 95mm section with a 14mm rebate.
Please ensure frame dimensions are considered when measuring existing openings and replacement doorsets.
